Minar Chemical Industries started its operations on humble beginnings in 1989 as an SSI unit at Aluva, Kerala with a single product precipitated Silica. Located at the Industrial Development Area, Edayar, Muppathadom. P.O, Aluva, Minar has today emerged as a leading manufacturer of Sodium Silicate in Kerala.

In 2005 we started Sodium Silicate production and got MSME Registration in 2011. Our flagship product is now Sodium Silicate, a main raw material for manufacturing Washing Soap. It is also used for making dyes in refractory works, and is used in clay manufacturing units for settling and grading the material.

Minar Chemicals has expertise in developing products with world-class quality. Our well-appointed manufacturing facility is fitted out with the latest technologies & equipment and has a production capacity of 50 MT per day. At our production facility, our high-tech advanced instruments are manned by highly qualified technical personnel and the final product undergoes diverse quality checks before it comes out of the production line.

The main raw materials used for production of Sodium Silicate are Caustic Soda and Quartz Powder. Minar Chemicals has a large client base spread across different geographic locations. Our major customers include Washing Soap Manufacturing units, Clay Manufacturing Companies, Casting Units and Coir Bleach Units all over Kerala.

Our Unit is located at Industrial Development Area, Edayar, Muppathadom. P. O and 6 Km. from Aluva, 5 Km. from Kalamassery and 1 Km from Pathalam in Ernakulam District, Kerala.
